=Gram Sabha is a meeting where adult people directly participated and seek answers from their elected representative.
*PANCHAYAT PRESIDENT
=Panchayat President is the sarpanch,elected by the representatives of the panchayat.
*PANCH
=Panch are the members of the panchayat.sometimes a member is also elected to preside over the panchayat for taking decision in a certain matter.

=The Monthly Income of the people which does not provide two meals a day is called below povrty line.
